Cancellation Policy for Confirmed Bookings.
- Deposit and Non-Refundable Amount: Upon booking, a 50% deposit of the total cost is required.
30% of the total booking amount is non-refundable, regardless of when the cancellation is made. - Cancellation Fees:
- 5 to 7 Days Before Check-In: Cancelling your reservation 5 to 7 days before check-in incurs a cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking amount.
Less Than 5 Days Before Check-In: Cancellations made less than 5 days prior to the check-in date result in a 100% cancellation charge of the total booking amount.
